Access
Accounts are personal. Do not share login credentials. We may suspend accounts for abuse or security concerns.
Payments
All prices are displayed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Payment processing is handled by compliant providers.
Refunds
Self-paced courses: 14-day refund if less than 20% completed. Cohorts: see product page for dates and policies.
Acceptable Use
- No scraping or automated harvesting
- No redistribution of course materials
- Respect fellow students and moderators

Subscriptions and Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may lead to account suspension. We will provide purchase records and access logs to processors to contest illegitimate claims.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and course materials are owned by BlogCraft Courses or its licensors. Limited, non-transferable license is granted for personal learning only.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlogCraft Courses is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the services.

- Maximum aggregate liability limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, security concerns, or legal requests. You may terminate at any time by canceling and discontinuing use.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material updates will be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your place of residence unless local consumer law provides otherwise. Venue and jurisdiction will follow those laws.
